Who We Are
Plastering Central is a plastering service for the Central Coast of New South Wales. This website is run by the team behind Plastering Central, MGH Contracting Pty Ltd (ABN 80 113 876 458) and All Paintworx Pty Ltd (ABN 52 644 571 291). In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that team.
We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What Information We Collect
When you send a quote request through this website, we collect the details you type into the form. That is usually your name, phone number, email address, suburb and a description of the plastering work. If you contact us another way, we keep the details you give us so we can reply.
Like most websites, our web host records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. We use this only to keep the website running and secure.
How We Use Your Information
We use your details to answer your enquiry, arrange a site visit if one is needed, prepare your quote and carry out the work you ask us to do. We may also contact you about that job afterwards.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it when it is needed to do your job, for example with a supplier delivering materials to your address, or when the law requires it.
Cookies and Third Party Services
This website may set small cookies that help pages load and forms work. Our fonts are delivered by Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google when a page loads. Google handles that connection under its own privacy policy.
How We Store and Protect Your Information
Quote requests are sent by email to our team and stored with our email and website providers. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we delete or de-identify it when we no longer need it.
Accessing or Correcting Your Information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. Send your request through the quote form on our contact page and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Privacy Complaints
If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, please contact us first so we can look into it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
